The co***ny is a professional forging co***ny. It is equipped with the workshops and physical & chemical inspection centers of free forging,stock preparation, machining and heat treatment etc.It owns a strong technical force consisting of more than 80 people. Among them, there are 4 senior engineers, 8 mechanical and electrical engineers and 37 other kinds of technicians.The co***ny is professionally engaged in the production of free forgings with various kinds of carbon structural steels, alloy steels, bearing steels, stainless steels, spring steels, tool steels, &special steels, rough & precise machining and heat treatment of the products. Furthermore, the co***ny can independently design, produce and machine related moulds.At present, the co***ny has the forging equipments of 8T, 5T, 3T, 1T and 0.75T. In addition, it owns 10 sets of gas-firing forging & heating furnaces and 2 sets of material pick-off machines.The co***ny has annual capacity of 20,000 tons of forgings.The main forgings are Industries of petroleum machinery, engineering, harbor machinery, gear, reducer machinery, hydraulic machinery and wind generating set etc.The co***ny produces various kinds of gears, shafts, washers, sleeves, rings, flange, steel cylinders, crankshafts, blocks and isoforms.
